the development consists of: (i) the amalgamation of retail warehouse 2 (IGA: ground floor 560m2, first floor 138m2) and retail warehouse 3 (IGA: ground floor 787m2, first floor 103m2) at ground floor, (ii) the demolition of the existing first floor mezzanine level of retail warehouse 2 (IGA: first floor 138m2) and retail warehouse 3 (IGA: first floor 103m2) to provide a new amalgamated mezzanine of 800m2, (iii) provision of a new façade to the South facing elevation, (iv) provision of new signage to the south, east and west façade, (v) all other associated site works & services to facilitate the proposed development.
