Privacy

What we hold about you. Your email address, your feed settings (counties, trades, keywords), when you signed in, and a log of which digests we sent you. If you subscribe, Stripe holds your card and billing details; we hold only your Stripe customer and subscription ids.

Why. To sign you in, run your feed, send your digest and bill you. That is a contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We don't sell or share your data, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Emails. Sign-in links and digests are sent through Resend. You can pause digests in settings at any time.

Applicants. The planning feed we copy includes applicant names. We deliberately do not store them. Addresses and descriptions of proposed developments are public by law and are shown as published by the councils. If you are an applicant and want a record removed from Lodged, email hello@lodged.ie; the council register is unaffected by anything we do.

Retention and deletion. Email hello@lodged.ie from your account address to delete your account and everything above. Sign-in tokens expire after 30 minutes and sessions after 90 days.

Cookies. One session cookie, to keep you signed in. Nothing else.
