What Lodged is. A subscription service that filters and re-publishes public planning-application data from the National Planning Applications Database (CC-BY 4.0). It is an information service, not a professional service.

No advice. Nothing on Lodged is planning, legal, engineering or business advice. Trade tags are automatic and can be wrong. The council's own file is the record; check it before you act on anything.

Accuracy. We copy what councils publish, when they publish it. We do not guarantee completeness, timeliness or accuracy, and some councils lag the feed by days or longer. The service is provided as is.

Your use. Use the information lawfully and courteously. Contact applicants only through the professional agent named on the council file, and respect any request not to be contacted. Don't scrape, resell or redistribute the feed as a whole; the underlying data is free from data.gov.ie if you want it in bulk.

Billing. Pro is billed monthly or yearly by card through Stripe. Cancel any time from your settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds for the current period are at our discretion; ask and we'll usually say yes.

Liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Lodged is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.

Changes. We may change the service or these terms; material changes are announced by email to subscribers. Irish law applies.
