The construction of a new 1.5 storey dwelling house, a new garage to the side and rear, a new sewage treatment plant with soil polishing filter and soak pit, a new vehicular entrance, and all ancillary site works.
This development will consist of retention and completion of Units No.3 and No.4, to include 2no. habitable rooms and 1no. en-suite in the attic space to both units, with stairs provided on ground floor, from that granted under P23/60225, including all other ancillary site works and services.

The development will consist of the retention of alterations to the carparking, astroturf pitch, playground, open space, landscaping, bike shelters, ESB substation previously granted planning under planning reference PL20/445 and the change of use to accommodation for protected persons at Globe House and the former Novitiate building and all associated site works and services within the curtilage of a protected structure RPS Ref 12 SE and 13 SE / NIAH 32012037 as identified in the Sligo County Development Plan 2024-2030.
The development on a 9.2 ha site will comprise (i) co-location of a soil / C&D waste recovery facility within the existing materials production yard at Aghamore Quarry, on the eastern side of the L3603 Local Road; (ii) backfilling of a 2.9ha area at the southern end of the site using imported soil and stone waste to tie-into surrounding perimeter ground levels; (iii) establishment and operation of a construction and demolition (C&D) waste recovery facility on an existing 1.8ha hardstanding area on the eastern side of the site; (iv) construction of a new waste quarantine and inspection shed (199.2m2); (iv) shared use of existing site infrastructure and services including site offices, weighbridge, wheelwash, wastewater treatment system, bunded fuel storage tanks, paved refuelling area and hydrocarbon interceptor, water settlement lagoons, workshop / equipment storage shed and paved / unpaved internal site haul roads; (v) temporary stockpiling of imported topsoil pending re-use as cover material in final restoration of the backfill area; and (vi) restoration of the backfilled landform to grassland
Retention Permission for a domestic garage as constructed, including an increase in floor area from that previously permitted under Planning Ref. PL 03/992, together with the retention of an additional window to the north gable elevation of the dwelling house and an additional window to the south gable elevation of the dwelling house, and for Retention Permission for the relocation of the approved site entrance from that permitted under Planning Ref. PL 03/992, together with all associated ancillary site development works,
