The development will consist of the retention of alterations to the carparking, astroturf pitch, playground, open space, landscaping, bike shelters, ESB substation previously granted planning under planning reference PL20/445 and the change of use to accommodation for protected persons at Globe House and the former Novitiate building and all associated site works and services within the curtilage of a protected structure RPS Ref 12 SE and 13 SE / NIAH 32012037 as identified in the Sligo County Development Plan 2024-2030.
